  • How do I place an order for invites?
    Visit the “Ordering” section on this site to find out all about ordering custom invitations
  • Are my wedding invitations or event invitations custom printed with guests names?
    Yes, this is offered free of charge! Please ask us for an excel spreadsheet template to list your guests names on.
  • What about table numbers, table seating charts and programs to match my wedding day?
    Reception stationery is limited only to your imagination – we can design to ANY requirement. Whether you need bonbonnaire tags, guest books, multi-page programs, nothing is out of the question!
  • How soon should I place an order?
    Wedding: Order miniumn 4 months in advance. We recommend posting out invites 2 months in advance for weddings. Engagement: Order 2 months in advance. We recommend posting out invites 1 month in advance for engagements, even earlier if a lot of your guests are travelling. Christening: Order 1 – 2 months in advance. We recommend posting out invites 1 month – 3 weeks in advance for christenings, even earlier if a lot of your guests are travelling. Party: Order 1 – 2 months in advance. We recommend posting out invites 1 month – 3 weeks in advance for birthdays and other events. *If you are short of time please email us before placing an order and we will try our best to accommodate*
  • Can I see a printed sample of my wedding design before it goes to print?
    Sure! Just let us know when you place an order with us – we recommend this so you can see the colours correctly as colours on screen are not always calibrated correctly.
  • I need help with wording my wedding invite or event invite
    Ask us for help – a wording guide will soon be added to this website!

  • WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT A REFUND OR EXCHANGE ON A PRODUCT?

  • DO YOU CUSTOM MAKE PRODUCTS? 
    Yes we sure do! We create custom made wedding, event or personal stationery (lettersets) - click here for more information! We do not make custom made greeting cards as we think our hand-selected bunch of suppliers do such a great job - we don't need to!
  • Can I use my “custom made stationery” gift voucher to buy products in the store?
    Gift vouchers for "custom made" stationery can only be used against custom made orders and not used in Me Mo Stationery online store.
  • WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED/WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM? 

    We are located in sunny North Queensland in a city called Townsville. All items are shipped with care from Townsville from our design studio.

  • HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
    we charge flat rate shipping for regular and express post. If you spend over $70 your shipping is free. For more information about shipping click here
  • WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 
    Orders are shipped within 24hours Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays and between Christmas and New Year) Please allow up to 4 workings days for express shipping and up to 7 working days for regular shipping - depending on your location.
